  My experience here at Windermere Cay has been one of the most pleasant in my life! The Staff, the tenants are so great. Very friendly in a very comfortable way.
  In my younger years I was a home improvement contractor, I actually swung a hammer building everything....I understand sound structure and this is one of them. The amenities are countless and very high quality! I also have been overseas (13 years) supporting our US and Coalition forces in the middle east as an MWR and Logistics. Which means I understand what it takes to bring programs or amenities to develop needed Morale, Welfare and Recreation for various personalities, again this Apartment complex rates high.Very high! One of my favorite activities to do is jog of which I do regularly around the perimeter of the apartment complex. Perimeter! In the back are two lakes and a path that would normally ,if this were another property be ignored! It is well manicured! The grounds are beautiful.....
  Seeing and living in the middle east environment that procreates 'huge' insects such as camel spiders, scorpions , etc...and plague like attendance on some occasions, again, this was the middle east , absolutely NOT here at Windermere Cay. I am continually amazed on a regular bases the 'lack of insects and bugs' here! I had one experience with a common palmetto bug , one! that the staff took quick action upon.
  Staff? Very very professional and at the same time make you feel very comfortable to speak to.. They were more than accommodating when unexpected issues with tenants arose. Issues that were NOT their responsibility but yet they still pursued solutions to accommodate all sides.
  I am preparing to move only because I have a new adventure with my daughter. I will be returning to support our US military in another state. I have every intention of returning here to Windermere Cay Apartments should I come back to Florida in the future. I now must explain the reason for my unusual review. I read the existing reviews before I decided to write mine. I am absolutely appalled at the blatant lies of some of these comments . I suggest the issues that were not satisfied were perhaps due to the tenants own quality of life or their room mates! Not the Apartment complex and staff.
