  even a few months ago, i thought i could never feel happy + healthy again. i couldn’t imagine a painless life. i wasn’t sure my back was capable of ever being strong again. being in daily pain for the past year swung me into depression. i hated my body for not being strong. but two weeks ago, i reintroduced yoga into my life...specifically a sequence that only hot on yoga offers...+ i have never felt more alive. i go to sleep pain free + wake up more mindfully alive than i have in years. i’ve found myself again, + i actually love her. here’s to taking back my back + my life — i have faith it won’t be long until i can plank and do a full vinyasa class again! you will LOVE hot on yoga - an inclusive environment - not a freaking fashion show - i feel safe there. the studio is minimal + clean. they even have showers + a nice bathroom for changing! all of the instructors are wonderful; specifically, the owner Amy, will blow your mind with good vibes and encouraging energy throughout the class. if you haven’t tried hot on yoga, you should. like today. don’t wait to feel good again like i did. this yoga is powerful, and you deserve to live pain free!
